I was informed recently that this program was implemented in Nueva Ecija a few years ago and had a relatively significant impact among the poor rural kids. Unfortunately, this was not sustained. Any chance that Kasibulan would happen again in the Nueva Ecija?

Unfortunately, there is no Provincial Football Association in Nueva Ecija affiliated with the PFF. There will, however, be 6 Grassroots Course and Festivals (GCFs) in Tarlac this year. The 3-day GCFs will have coaching modules in the first 2 days and a Festival of Football for children 6 to 12 years old on the 3rd day. The first GCF in Tarlac is scheduled for June 22nd to the 24th. Details will be announced at least a week before the event. It is open to everyone.
